Returns & refunds
Quoya products are sold and shipped through Amazon, so returns and refunds are handled by Amazon under the returns policy that applies to your order.
To return an item: go to Your Orders on Amazon → Return or replace items → choose a reason. Amazon provides the return label and issues your refund once the item is received.
